2019 – 2021 - Your USP Course.

• Description: Project to promote USP courses to prospective students. To this end, promotional videos were created and produced for each of the 340 courses, showing the course objectives, curriculum, necessary skills, and job opportunities for graduates in that field. http://seucursousp.prg.usp.br/.

2019 – 2021 - USP Awaits You!

• Coordinator: Regina Melo Silveira
• Description: Development of teaching materials for high school subjects for students entering USP through the entrance exam (Fuvest and Sisu). The goal is to promote student retention, addressing difficulties and standardizing the knowledge of first-year university students in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

2017 – 2019 - Come to USP!

• Coordinator: Regina Melo Silveira
• Description: Launched on June 19, 2017, the Come to USP! Program aims to promote actions that value high school education in public schools in the State of São Paulo, focusing on three lines of action: 1) encouraging students from the public school system to enroll in undergraduate courses at USP or other institutions; 2) contributing to the improvement of school performance and the formation of young people as citizens; 3) collaborating with teachers in the teaching-learning process, considering the purpose of the program.

2020 – 2021 - SAS Website and App.

• Description: The USP Social Assistance Superintendency (SAS) plays an extremely important role for the university, offering support services to students, staff, and faculty of the USP community, giving primary attention to the needs of students, promoting student retention, and preventing school dropout. For the SAS to fulfill its role efficiently, it is crucial that communication between the SAS and its users is easy and effective. This project aims to modernize the SAS's communication with its users by updating its website and application. Currently, the SAS provides the USP community with the USP Menu app, which allows users to consult the menus of university restaurants on various campuses, check additional information on the location and opening hours of restaurants, and generate the payment slip for loading the RUCard, the card for using the restaurants. The goal of this project is also to expand the functionalities of the current app, facilitating access to information and better promoting its services.
